Booth and registration cancellations received up to four weeks before the Roundtable will be refunded in full.
Cancellations within two to four weeks of the Roundtable shall receive credit for the Roundtable the following year. If the refund pertains to a booth space and the booth space can be resold, a full credit will be refunded.
Within two weeks of the Roundtable no refund is applicable; however individual substitutions can be made.
If there are extenuating circumstances the exhibiting company or attendee will receive either a full refund or credit toward a future Roundtable.

The EGCR does not permit sales or solicitations of any products or services by anyone who is not a paid vendor of the Expo. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal communication, business cards, product giveaways, handouts, digital items and printed materials. Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the event.
