Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Booth and registration cancellations received up to four weeks before the Roundtable will be refunded in full.
  • Cancellations within two to four weeks of the Roundtable shall receive credit for the Roundtable the following year. If the refund pertains to a booth space and the booth space can be resold, a full credit will be refunded.
  • Within two weeks of the Roundtable no refund is applicable; however individual substitutions can be made.
  • If there are extenuating circumstances the exhibiting company or attendee will receive either a full refund or credit toward a future Roundtable.
