The Eastern Gas Compression Roundtable is held annually at Robert Morris University in Moon Township (Pittsburgh), PA and the event continues to grow in popularity. The EGCR leadership is committed to offering pertinent, cost effective training solutions to attendees while providing exhibitors with an affordable and centralized opportunity to showcase their products to industry buyers.

In addition, the EGCR has developed an exhibit hall floor plan and hall hours that maximizes exhibit exposure to all attendees and provides opportunities to network with buyers. In addition, the EGCR has sponsorship options available for the event and/or the golf outing.

• Registration and exhibits will be in Sewall Center on the Robert Morris Campus. Please note that no heavy items will be allowed on the basketball court. Refer to the floor plan for restrictions.
   
• Vendor space allocation will be on a first come – first serve basis and vendor exhibit fees do not include attendee registration fees.
   
• Booth dismantling, packing, and/or removal of exhibit materials prior to 6:00pm on Wednesday is strictly prohibited. If you have any question regarding this policy or cannot abide by this rule, please contact Joyce Perhac, Executive Director (412-372-4301) immediately. Early dismantling of booth displays will result in loss of privileges, including the right of refusal of the ‘first come – first served’ rule for the following year’s EGCR.

The Eastern Gas Compression Roundtable is an educational conference and vendor participation in the Roundtable discussions enhances the attendees’ experience. The EGCR is held on the campus of Robert Morris University and is required to abide by the University’s rules and regulations.
